Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to make a clean sweep of France's national competitions when they face Lyon in the Coupe de la Ligue final on Friday night (8:10 pm start).

Thomas Tuchel's men were named champions and recently won a 13th Coupe de France title at the expense of Saint-Etienne, with Neymar scoring the only goal.

It's been a few sterile seasons for Lyon, whose last big trophy came in 2012 when they claimed the Coupe de France, beating Quevilly, but since then it's been a case of some missed opportunities.

Players to watch:

PSG: Thomas Tuchel took a hit with Mbappe's injury, the French shooter will miss his Champions League quarterfinals against Atalanta, but given the club's wealth of attack, there is always someone who can take over his duties. Mauro Icardi is one of those individuals. His debut campaign in Paris, with 20 goals in 32 games, was a relative success, but the Argentine striker knows he can do better, and with him now becoming a permanent acquisition of Inter Milan, there is no place to hide.

Lyon: As mentioned, Memphis Depay will return to Lyon after its initial 2019/20 season was cut short in December after suffering a severe knee injury. That hit initially made his Euro 2020 dreams fade, but with competition postponed until next year, Depay has been given a new chance to make his mark. He has been sensational after moving to France from Manchester United, having recorded 53 goals and 43 assists in 134 games.
Scoreboard prediction: PSG 2-1 Lyon
