Tottenham and Liverpool Team News:

Ahead of his side's clash with Liverpool, Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has hinted at injury issues.

Mourinho, whose side beat Wycombe in Monday's FA Cup, said he has more problems than just doubts about Ben Davies and Matt Doherty's full-backs.

Giovani Lo Celso, though he has returned to light training, is still out with a hamstring injury.

Jordan Henderson and Joel Matip are in contention on Thursday night for Liverpool.
The pair were missing in Manchester United's FA Cup defeat on Sunday, but both returned to training on Tuesday.

After the weekend defeat, Klopp reported no fresh injury concerns, although Naby Keita, Diogo Jota, Joe Gomez and Virgil Van Dijk remain long-term absentees.

Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham

In recent weeks, Liverpool have shown very little promise, especially in terms of their penetration in the final third. And things could get much harder against the deep-blocked Tottenham side that normally defends. This could therefore turn out to be a close, low-scoring fixture, with both sides likely to create chances predominantly on the counter instead of using long possession periods.

We expect the Lilywhites, thanks to their world-class offensive duo of Son and Kane, with additional imaginative help from Ndombele, to inflict more misery on the opposition. Ideally, this game could finish in a low-scoring draw.
