PSG typically masters the story of every game in which they compete. They go to Marseille, though, this weekend, a squad that has declined epically since last year.
Twelve points behind their next challengers, a team that finished second last season has gone a month without a victory.
On the other side of the field is PSG, a young management boss, Mauricio Pochettino, who appears rejuvenated in spirit.
The Parisians just missed one of the 10 games that came in a 3-2 shocker against Lorient a week ago. Keeper Keylor Navas looks uncertain for a match because of an adductor problem, and both Ander Herrera and Juan Bernat are out for injury. This might cause PSG problems, but with the Marseille form at present, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe would be defeated massively.
Will reverse correcting be implemented by PSG?
In reality, PSG and Marseille played in the Trophée des Champions, the equivalent of any Super Cup, three weeks ago only. The match was played in Félix Bollaert-Delélis stadium, and the PSG, with Mauro Icardi and Neymar, was scored 2-1. During the last embers of the match, Payet was able to take one back for Marseille, but the French powerhouse clearly wasn't enough.
Furthermore, this is a head-to-head match that favors PSG greatly. Since 2011, PSG has just lost 22 attempts to Marseille once and 18. Clearly, PSG has the benefit to win overall on paper, but how this match can eventually be done is what makes it fascinating. The last two matches between these sides were only settled for a single goal so that the display could be a genuine show of excellence.

Marseille vs PSG Best fo BeT
Neymar will score at any moment with odds of -113, the best bet for this series. This game is tricky because the big favorites are clearly PSG. Marseille really doesn't stand much of a chance, but they should be able to keep things reasonably close.
Seven out of the last nine times they have played, these sides have hit the over at 2.5 total goals, but the chances for that are not really worth betting on. Betting the over on 3.5 overall goals, meanwhile, is a bit too dangerous. Given the streak of form he's been on, the odds of Neymar scoring are really high and still hold good importance.
My Pick: To score Neymar (-113)
